Fun, interactive web resources

Knowitall.org is a free online collection of resources designed for classroom use. This educational web portal contains interactive sites, simulations, image collections, virtual field trips and streaming video that support and provide quality inquiry-based experiences for students on the Internet.

The number of sites and resources under Knowitall.org had outgrown its old design, and this new update sought to create a better organization of ETV’s educational content. A custom CMS built in ColdFusion allowed the addition of new sites and maintenance of existing content to be done by any member of the team. A new JavaScript-driven spotlight feature on the home page provided a place to advertise new and exciting projects.
